Agnieszka Hajdukiewicz graduated  from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of  Law and Administration. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology conferred upon by Warsaw University and postgraduate diplomas in Legal English, Public Procurement and Court Mediation awarded by the Faculty of Law, University of Białystok.

For over a dozen years, she has been providing legal services and representing in court individual and corporate clients, including public companies listed on the Stock Exchange and New Connect, both as an in-house lawyer and an outsourced legal services provider operating via prestigious law firms.

Her corporate client portfolio includes companies operating in rigorously regulated industries such as excise goods, the pharmaceutical sector and insurance. For several years she provided consultancy services to a Portuguese investment consulting company.

She has represented her clients before common courts and the Supreme Court, handling precedent setting cases and international arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. 

She specializes in legal representation in commercial cases, banking litigation, compensation claims, actions related to the protection of infringed personal interests of natural persons and legal entities, including the infringement of consumers’ personal rights by financial institutions.

Since 2019, she has been focusing on legal consultancy and representation in litigation related to mortgage loan agreements denominated and indexed to a foreign currency, both strictly consumer loans and investment ones. She won one of the first cases in Poland regarding the invalidity of a CHF-denominated investment property loan agreement, whose purpose was the purchase of a commercial property to be leased for consideration. The judgement came into full force and effect even before the CJEU’s judgement of 24.10.2024, no. C-347/23.

In the years 2009-2011, she represented Białystok Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law at international conferences organized by the European Bars Federation in w Bruges (2009), Aix-en-Provence (2010) and Wrocław (2011).
